16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the site are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. The courts of Valencia, Spain will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that EU consumers may bring claims in their country of residence where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to other users or to us. Upon termination, Sections relating to intellectual property, warranties, liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution will survive.

Electronic signatures and records are valid and enforceable under applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services (eIDAS), where applicable.
